Well folks, it is that time of year again, and John Wright over at www.actofkindness.blogspot.com has issued another challenge. Last year the LaJoy Christmas Challenge raised enough money to help a few hundred orphans in Kyrgyzstan have a wonderful holiday, for many perhaps it was the first time they had received a gift or were taken out for a hamburger.So we will do it again! If the LaJoy family raises $500 towards the challenge, I will take a pie in the face. For every $500 more in the LaJoy family name another LaJoy family member will take a pie for the cause. John has opened this up as a challenge to many others, so let's see what we can do! You can go to John's blog to donate and indicate you are coming from the LaJoy blog. We'd love nothing more than to take a pie in the face in Kazakhstan!!

Wow Cindy.. thats great... this is going to be a blast... we are up to 16 chalangers... I will unvail all the contestants on the weekend...BY the way.... Julie and the girls are up for the same challange, so they may all be taking a pie as well....hahahah
